Switching Identities

Hi to all,
maybe you can help me with two problems concerning kmail:

1.	how can I switch identities in kmail without using the 'identity' tab in
	settings (Einstellungen-->Kmail einrichten--> Identitäten)?

2.	where do I specify different mail input directories for different
 	identities?

I'm using kamil 1.9.10.
