how to get duplex printing from kmail 1.13.5

I have a nice Samsung ML-2150 duplex laser that works well in openoffice as a 
duplex printer. When I try to print an email the double-sided printing option 
is not available. I use kmail in gnome and Fedora 13. Can anyone suggest how I 
can get duplexing turned on?
