how to get emacs keybindings for composer

Hi guys,

I recently upgraded to KDE4 and the new Kmail that came with it.  I used to 
have my composer set to use emacs keybindings (eg. ctrl-p/n for prev/next 
line, etc.) but after the migration, they no longer work.  I've looked around 
in all the settings I can think of, but I cannot for the life of me figure out 
how to accomplish this... help?
