Groups in Kmail mail

Hello,

I can create a group of addresses in kaddressbook, but I cannot send an e-mail 
to the group. Whenever I try to do so, the group is not expanded, and kmail 
tries to send the message to 'groupname'@localhost.

Is there a way around this. I am using kmail 2.0.89.
