categories, tags appear multiple times.

Hello,

I have recently updated to kde 4.5.2
I see that categories have returned to the address book which is great but 
then when I come to add a tag for a contact I see the same tag many times over 
and then another one many times...
is there a problem here or is this normal behavior?
