kontact-egroupware interaction: appointments shifting by 1 hour

My department uses eGroupware (now community version 1.8) for some
administrative calendars. I can interact with it through the web, of
course, but I'm using kontact/korganizer for my own calendar and I
prefer to use that interface. Kontact talks to eGroupware through
groupdav. I am using kdepim-4.4.10-1.fc14.x86_64, on Fedora 14. This
happens both on my laptop and by desktop.

Events entered in eGroupware show up correctly in kontact. But if I
enter an event in kontact, it seems to be fine until kontact updates
the groupdav data and then it shifts to a time an hour earlier. This
happened with egroupware 1.603 hosted on a Fedora 14 machine and now
with 1.8 hosted on a CentOS machine. All machines are in the same time
zone.

I'd be grateful for any ideas about solving this--as you can imagine,
it can cause some embarrassing scheduling problems (though I guess it
would be worse if the appointments got shifted an hour later). If
there is more information I can provide, let me know.

  George
