Hey Mark,
don't you have to add a GPG-key of the PPA to your key list first? I cannot remember the exact command right now, but you should be able to find it quite easily on the internet along with the ID of the key you want to import.
Hopefully this helps to solve your problem.

Need a bit of help.

Currently I use Ubuntu NBR (10.4 Lucid Lynx) and I am trying to upgrade 
to KDE-PIM 4.6 and KMail2.  I have added the following to my sources.list:
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-ppa/experimental/ubuntu/ lucid main

Unfortunately, whenever I do a sudo apt-get update, the repository is 
ignored.  At least that's what I think IGN means in the following output.

Anyone know how to force the use of a repository?
