country denominations in kaddressbook

I'm using kaddressbook 4.4.9 with kde 4.4.4 rel. 3.  When entering a new 
contact I kaddressbook always proposes 'Afghanistan' as the primary default 
for the country.  I would like to change this to Deutschland/Germany.  Where 
do I do this?
