kmail outgoing filters

Hi folks,

I am using KDE 4.6.3, Kmail 1.13.7 on Gentoo stable.
It is a work machine and I use kde for my day to day use. I send mails to 
people in the company as well as people outside the company using the same 
account. I want to create a filter in kmail so that it gives me some kind of  
warning saying that i am about to send a mail to the people outside the 
company. In the past there were some incidents when by mistake I sent internal 
mail to persons from other company.
I tried few filter like moving a mail to another folder before it is sent out 
('Apply this filter before sending images' in Advanced tab) but I could not 
find a way which could stop a mail to go out. Mail was moved to the mentioned 
folder but a copy was also sent out to the recipient.

Any help is appreciated.
