kmail2 moving emails and they later re-appear again unfortunately

Hi All,

I'm trying to use kmail2 and am battling with this bug more so now (4.7.2) 
then anything else(better than a few months ago with missing pop emails).

Anyway, do you guys have this problem too?

I receive emails in local folders inbox(maildir) via pop, and from there move 
the emails via shortcut keys to other folders(maildir) and to a disconnected 
imap folders.

The emails move, and nice and quick :) , however when I close and open kontact 
and/or restart akonadi etc, the many of the emails re-appear in my inbox.

They have been moved also to the destination folder. Therefore this is 
resulting in a lot of duplicates and a difficult to manage email box.

Anyone else having this problem?
Suggested workarounds?

I haven't yet filed a bug(but should/will) and can't find a reported bug with 
similar problems.
