appointments missing on certain days

I am using

kdepim-4.7.2

which was upgraded to kdepim-4.7.1 that is connected to a Zimbra server.
 First off nearly everything works well, except in the calendar,
appointments don't show up on Thursdays and Fridays I can see them in the
Zimbra web interface.  Which is rather bizarre, anyone seen this?  Any tips
on troubleshooting why this happens?
