Hi Stan. I was successfully able to add five keyboard layouts in KDe
4.7.1 on Kubuntu 11.04. You might want to check the Mail Layout Count
option, that might be where the confusion lies: it will give a grey
background for the additional layouts but you should still be able to
select them with the mouse.
