I got it (with the help of http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/karmic/de/man1/kabcclient.1.html) I used kabcclient -L > contactsTEST.vcf and it looks fine. I could add contactsTEST.vcf as an addressbook and it contains all contacts with pictures. So it seems to be a regularly vCard-file.
