PIM contacts - suggestion for improvement

Due to bad experience I dare to make some suggestions:

- just added addressbook should be activated automatically

- a "view" menu or the contacts settings should provide an easy way to  
show the addressbooks because the handles to open the left addressbook  
window are not really expected in normal DAU-use

And as little extra I would appreciate a bigger font for the details in  
the right window ;)
