The best way to move a user account to a new computer is always to copy (or
backup/restore) the user's $HOME directory.

Basically all those applications have user configurable storage locations,
distributors might have set other paths than the KDE-shipped defaults, etc.

However, if doing it the hard way is deemed necessary for whatever reason, I
think there are several pages on userbase.kde.org with details about
procedures that have worked for other people, e.g. common paths on certain
distributions.

Cheers,
Kevin
