Our School District is mainly running diskless/nfs clients with kde desktop. * Akonadi + mysql + nfs don't play well together. * Akonadi works well with a centralized mysql server. I can easily create mysql accounts for every user but I'm would like to know if there is a way to have akonadi automatically use the centralized server with some sane defaults: ~/.config/akonadi/akonadiserverrc [%General] Driver=QMYSQL [QMYSQL] Name=dmonty Host=server StartServer=false User=dmonty Password=abc123 ==== Any ideas on how to auto generate an akonadiserverrc file for new users? -- Dean Montgomery Network Support Tech./Programmer http://dmonty.blogs.sd73.bc.ca/ [email protected] School District #73 _______________________________________________ KDE PIM users mailing list Subscription management: https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-users
