Bug 287487 (KMail loses filters)

Anyone got any suggestions on the disappearing filters problem? At this point 
it's really more of an annoyance as I back up my filters, and can just reimport 
them, but it would really be nice to have a fix for it as it *is* aggravating 
to see the past few days' worth of mail stacking up in your inbox and having 
to go import the filters (which in and of itself is a buggy process, but we 
wont' go into that here!) and then apply them.
