No Inbox and parent folders after readding an account

Hey all,

Subject says it all... I was debugging some issues which most definitely came 
down to local subscriptions disabling some of my folders, but I removed my 
disconnected IMAP folder and re-added it... After everything was downloaded I 
was unable to see any items in my Inbox folder or any of the folders marked 
grey a la http://i.imgur.com/V6syh.png ... These folders have quite a bit of 
mail in them, and I'm not sure how to get them flagged as regular folders, and 
not just parent placeholder folders... Any ideas?
