I had no luck compiling it on Kubuntu. Maybe you should write to the author, 
because at the same time he closed https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=258323

I rather think something is broken in Nepomuk. I cleared my DB and keep 
getting empty, undeletable tags.
