kaddress book help missing

Hi

My system reports no documentation for kaddressbook.How can it be installed? 

I am too thick to work out out how, having created a group to subsequently 
send an email to every member of the group. When sending an email using kmail 
and selecting addressbook the group is not seen in the pull down list.
