Duplicated Emails

hi 

I'm using KMail Version 4.8.00 (4.8.0 "release 462") on Opensuse 11.4.

I'm experiencing a lot of duplicate emails, is anyone else having the same 
problem?  These emails aren't duplicated on the ISP site when i check with 
Webmail access.

I can't see any pattern, they can be the top of a thread or anywhere in the 
middle.

 
Is there any known solution like deleting a database or something?
