Thanks for your fast reply! I tried that, and I also tried rebooting the
system, without any effect. The CalDAV calender already contained
entries before I added it to KOrganizer, which also never showed up.
When I use Lightning to delete events that are added by KOrganizer, they
remain visible in KOrganizer (even after rebooting), but get removed
from the web interface (and Lightning).

So it seems as if KOrganizer only writes to the CalDAV server, but never
reads from it.
