Notifications from kde-pim

Some component in kde-pim sending notifications on copying mail from one folder 
to another but the notification is about as useless as can be.  The title is 
"Local Folders" (which happens to be my main maildir name) and the subject is 
"Local Folders:" with nothing following.  Any copy from folder to folder seems 
to involve a notification per message, so moving 1000 messages means that I 
have to plow through 1000 notifications.  the plasma-desktop application is 
running 100% of one cpu dealing with all the messages.

I'm assuming that this is notifying me of some error condition, but nothing 
appears in .xsession-errrors.  Is there anything I can do to figure out what 
it's trying to warn me about?  Failing that how do I suppress the thousands of 
messages I'm seeing?
