kmail is part of kdepim, but is not a bad idea

PIM (Personal Information Manager) applications, including: 
* akregator: feed aggregator
* kmail: email client
* knode: newsreader
* knotes: sticky notes for the desktop
* kontact: integrated PIM management
* korganizer: journal, appointments, events, todos
* kpilot: HotSync® software for Palm OS® devices
