Toggling in KMail didn't appear to do anything.  In akonadiconsole there
was a brief blink as it appeared to change state and immediately
change back.  Restarting the agent had no effect either - perhaps you
wouldn't expect it to.  Looks as though I'm waiting for an update :-)
