add description view and edit function in to-do list, add active links

Hello, I wish some new feature were added to to-do list. Please, see 
brainstorm idea, vote and comment.

At least it would be nice to get some feedback whether developers like the 
idea or not and eventually what and how they can implement. I hope it can be 
done and I hope this can improve the work-flow while using to-do list. For the 
moment I don't use to-do list just because it lacks this functionality. I use 
gtd-free - java program, a really great to-do organizer that has some nice 
features worth implementing in Korganizer to-do module.
