Deleted Messages greyed out

Hi,

when I delete messages in kmail they are removed, but after some seconds 
they appear again and are greyed out. I can't select them nor delete 
them anymore.

I found a hint to rebuild the index via right mouse, but this seems to 
be impossible anymore.

Any idea or the same problem?

Running kubuntu 12.04 with KDE 4.9
