Let me explain the problem: when you first start KMail, it will create the needed folders for inbox, trash, outbox, etc. Without those it cannot work. This is the "Local Folders" account, apparently it cannot be removed to not shoot yourself in the feet by making KMail not workable. Then you added your own maildir, that is "mail". There is a somewhat more technical solution to move the special folders (inbox, outbox, trash, draft, etc) into your new account and then you can remove the other one, but there is also a more user friendly one: remove your account then go to the Local Folders account, select Modify and point it to the folder where your mails are. It should import them under Local Folders. Andras _______________________________________________ KDE PIM users mailing list Subscription management: https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-users
