Why this dialog is so horrible: 
* It does not explain the problem, what is this setting used for?
* I confirmed some of them, and cancelled some, but this made no appearent 
difference - ALL those filters are set to "All incoming accounts" in the 
advanced filter settings, and nothing changed there. So there is not problem 
afterall?
* It is not translated
