Problme sync with tine2.0

Hi,

running tine since a while (half a year) and now I see a problem. All my 
calender entries are wrong by one hour within kdepim while they are OK 
within tine, Thunderbird & Android. So I assume the problem is with kdepim.

Where can I report this problem? How can I collect more data?
