Inaccurate Warning message

HI,

I keep getting this message (viewing and composing emails) even though its not 
true.

"You do not have the semantic desktop system enabled. The following features 
will not work correctly:
	Recipient auto-completion
	Distribution lists
	Per-contact crypto preferences"

There is a configure button on the message as well and if i press that it 
shows all is activated.

Any ideas?
