I never ever make spam specific filter rules but just use a combination of policyd-weight (on server, skip this if you do not have root access there) and CRM114 integrated with KMail. If something is spam and CRM114 doesn´t detect it or marks it as unsure I tell it that its spam and it learns pretty quickly.
