no sync-Button in kontact 4.4.7 anymore

Hallo list,

I hope, somebody of you can help. We using kontact in a small team (debian 
squeeze installation on terminal server). 

kontact-version: 4.4.7

In kontact all my collegues are missing the button to sync 
emails/calendars/contacts in the toolbar.

On on my profile (which still resulting from a previous installation with a 
earlier version of kontact) this button is still present and is shown 
depending of the component as "Snyc Mail", "Sync Calendar" and so on in the 
Main Toolbar.

In the profiles which are created from scratch in a blanc home directory there 
is no way to find this button.

There is only a "Check Mail" button in kmail. In korganizer it doesn't apear 
at all and there is no way to find the button while trying configure toolbar.

The Problem is still present in version 4.4.11 (in debian testing). It was ok 
in version 3.5.X

It's very annoying, because to sync an calendar on a kolab-server (calendar 
via imap-folder) we have either to sync all mailfolders all the time or go to 
the email-folder of calendars manually to sync it.

Is there any known solution - or at least is the problem known ;-)
