Kmail IMAP directory

I have a hosted email account that I'm using with Kmail.  All folders are sub-
folders of the INBOX folder.  In Thunderbird I use the setting 'IMAP server 
directory' to put them all in hieararchy.  There's a similar option in Claws 
Mail.  I've recently switched to KDE and Kmail.  Where is the relevant option 
in Kmai?
