I have found exactly the same problem since upgrading to openSUSE 12.2 (the
problem still persists with 12.3). My time zone is Africa/Johannesburg, and
kmail sets the send date to 1 hour in the past. I have also temporarily
"solved" the problem by switching my time zone to Africa/Lusaka.
