Can't enter sub-folder

I am unable to enter a sub-folder that I created below the "Personal
Contacts" folder.  I entered one entry in that sub-folder but when I
click on the sub-folder I can't enter it.  When I look at the contents
of ~/.local/share/contacts I see the sub-folder which contains the file
"NIobdwj3IV.vcf" but how do I get it to display in the Kontact contacts
window?
