It is not this gravely misconfigured filter rule, cause I tested with it fixed. 


I just made a POP3 test account and stuffed 5000 mails with /etc/fstab as 
content in it.

Everything is in the report, including a transscript of reproducting the bug, 
the filter rules in use and a crm114 test setup.

Ah, there is a filtering log. I wondered about something like this already.

Can you tell me, how to activate it.

Thus then I can reproduce it another time with the filter log enabled.

Spambayes on the server?

There I have policyd-weight, which does most of the heavy lifting.

I think I file a bug report about that one as well. Maybe its needed for 
disconnected IMAP setups? Otherwise, I´d change the default.

How so?


Its just aPostfix stuffing mail in a ~/Maildir folder on the server, with Dovecot 
POP3 delivering it to KMail. The only complication are the CRM114 rules. But 
still, they shall not produce one-byte-sized files.


I may switch to IMAP, but currently I could not even stuff all that 6.7 GB onto 
the server without enlarging the /home filesystem there. Also I do not know 
whether I want to put that much mails onto the server in case of an intrusion.

Thus, I would like to use possibly a combined setup. Having recent mails on 
IMAP and then moving old ones to local storage. Well, first I want to get this 
setup working again. The setup I know and that served me well for years - 
almost unchanged.
