I'm a staunch user of KMail over many years, but Find Messages so often
fails to find what is there. (In desperation I tried Thunderbird and
Evolution, but returned to KMail as I missed the overall flexibility &
function.)
For example, with KMail 4.8.5, asking it to find messages with "gmail.com"
in the From field in an Inbox of over 6,000 emails, finds 255.
On Mageia-3* (beta4) with almost the same email folder KMail 4.10.2 fails
to find ANY.
How can that be?
(*In Mageia-3 System Settings, the following are all selected:
Enable Nepomuk Semantic Desktop
Enable Nepomuk File indexer (Says "File indexer is idle")
Enable Email Indexer )
