[kde-pim] Mail filter Agent stucks at 0%

Hello!

I have a one strange and annoying bug in kde-pim.
When I usually update my mail (I use POP3 on Kmail2) , the mail filter agent 
stucks at 0% at the Kontact progress bar. I have been seeing this problem 
since updating to 4.10.4 (?) 

I used to work on openSUSE at that time. To avoid of broken progress bar I've 
killed the process of mail filter agent and it helps.

But, today, I changed the distro to  Arch and vanilla KDE 4.11 and this bug 
always shows up after each restart of the system (Or Akonadi restart). 

I tried to delete .kde4 folder and akonadi files, but nothing happens. 

So, all is I wanted is to inform you of that situation.
