Unable to configure IMAP server

Hi,

I cannot configure KMail2 to set the folder prefix for an uw-imapd.
Basically, the http://oi41.tinypic.com/2afhgcx.jpg settings dialogue
from KMail1 seems to not exist in KMail2 (Debian sid, KDE 4.10).

How to do that? (It is necessary to set the prefix to mail/ because
it otherwise treats every file and directory in my $HOME as mailbox.)
