Default folders missing ?

I'm using KMail 4.9.5 as a temporary email whilst other problems are fixed 
(import). So this is a fresh install of KMail. I can't see the trash folder or 
the drafts,etc. I can only see ....

Local Folders
    set-mail
    outbox
    inbox

when I look under Dolphin, those 3 are the only ones visible also.
