I'm using version 4.13.3 on PClinuxOS.  For me, using kMail/kontact up to and 
including this version,  the "New Group" option has always, and continues to 
be "greyed out" and non selectable.  If anyone can tell me why, and what I 
could do to remedy this issue, I'd be most grateful.
