Hi Sergio, I get the same (on a terminal as I like to see what akonadi is up to :)). I think it just means that you used KDE 4.12 or earlier KDE version before upgrading to KDE 4.13 or later, which had those agents. If you didn't remove them from your configuration before the upgrade (which removed the applications behind the services), there appears to be no easy way to remove them now. Just ignore the warning, it's harmless. Or if you prefer, build your own kde-runtime because that's what I think can provide the Nepomuk service, and then do what you see fit. There's no more need to run Nepomuk, I think (but it doesn't hurt to build is, as we do in KDE/Mac OS X).
