kmail cannot add folder to the root of an imap account

Hi all,

Using kdepim 4.14.7 on manjaro linux here. It looks like an old bug 
(https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=218935) re-emerged in kmail. I just 
wanted to check if anybody can confirm this.
