Kmail "Filter Actions" set up

HI

My filters tend to move an email to another folder. The "Filter Actions" list 
box always displays the list but its always the bottom of the list that is 
shown by default, i would have thought the list should start at the top.  It 
would make my life easier as "Move to Folder" is the top of the list and i 
wouldn't have to scroll up every time, is there a way to change this or is it 
a coding job?
This has been the case for as long as i can remember, but have just got around 
to getting my arse of the ground to question it.
