The entire knode directory was removed from kdepim git about two years ago by 
commit f1aac291fcfaa51c60d9e93ba1d8706fa31b5fce.

You can find the latest version of the code in KDE/4.14 branch though, since 
there were no further commits in knode since then (except for the removal 
commit).
