Duplication has upped itself again

Hi

Anyone else suffering duplication of emails?  It calmed down for a while but 
this last week or so, its back up to its naughty self.
It seems okay you open kmail and let it get its first lot of emails but if you 
press "Check Mail" or let it do it second check mail by itself, it creates a 
lot of duplicates.
