Kmail 5.1.2/3 folders remaining blank

Hi 
Anyone suffering folders that do have a lot of emails in them, sometimes show 
as an empty folder and will occasionally eventually repopulate? I've had a few 
never repopulate until i close kmail and restart it and then possibly a 
different folder will remain blank.
