Ok, thanks for the syntax, i will do that for you. I did look at gdb yesterday 
but i couldn't see any value in me using it as a non-developer.

So i saw valgrind on the asme wikipage as gdb and ran that as per the example 
and see below the errors from it when kmail crash a few minutes ago. This 
error(?) "Conditional jump or move depends on uninitialised value(s)" appears 
quite a lot and referencing a lot of libraries lie Qtwebengine
