building KDEPIM4 against gpgme and gpgmepp 1.7.0

Hi,

I know KDEPIM4 hasn't been maintained for a while, but does anyone know if its build system can be tweaked to build against the current gpgme 1.7.0 version, including the C++ wrappers from that version? Gpgme now includes gpgme++, and thus install conflicts for the gpgme++ header files installed by kdepimlibs4 .
